LA, by night, is a city in turmoil. In the 1940s, young vampires rebelled, and the streets ran red with elder blood; and the Anarch Free States were born, under the leadership of the legendary Jeremy MacNeil. The Anarchs carved the city up into neighborhood baronies, and they claimed that this was a city of new promise for all vampires. The city of equality and justice among the undead. But, as with all kinds of justice, your milage may vary; and that's doubly true when you're a vampire. Tonight, the Camarilla has abandoned the city of San Francisco, and Prince Vannevar Thomas has claimed praxis over Los Angeles. The Anarchs? Not having any of this. But they must respond. Quickly. Before the Camarilla takes over the city that they call theirs.
