Tabletop Index is a community directory for actual play shows — podcasts, streams, and videos built around tabletop roleplaying games. By using this site, you agree to these terms. We've kept them as short and plain as possible.

Your Account

You need an account to submit or manage shows and to leave ratings. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Please don't share your account or use someone else's.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you're under 16 and based in the EU, you'll need a parent or guardian's permission.

Submitting Content

You can submit shows, write descriptions, add tags, and fill in profile info. When you do, you're telling us that:

• The information is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
• You have the right to submit it (e.g. you're the creator, or the show is publicly available).
• It doesn't infringe anyone else's copyright or trademarks.

We reserve the right to remove or edit content that's inaccurate, misleading, or violates these terms.

What's Not Allowed

Please don't use Tabletop Index to:

• Post false, misleading, or spam content.
• Harass, impersonate, or misrepresent other creators or users.
• Scrape or bulk-download content in ways that strain the service.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its data.
• Use the site for any unlawful purpose.

Accounts that repeatedly violate these terms may be suspended or removed.

Intellectual Property

Show names, artwork, and descriptions belong to their respective creators. Tabletop Index doesn't claim ownership of content you submit — we just display it in the directory.

The Tabletop Index name, logo, and site design are ours. Please don't use them without permission.

Disclaimer

Tabletop Index is provided as-is. We do our best to keep things running smoothly, but we can't guarantee the site will always be available or error-free. We're not responsible for the accuracy of show listings submitted by other users.

To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

Some links on Tabletop Index may be affiliate links. Sponsored or featured listings are clearly labeled as such. Affiliate relationships do not influence the ordering of non-featured listings in the directory.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. When we do, we'll revise the "last updated" date at the top. Continued use of Tabletop Index after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
